A Letter from our President

Welcome to the official website of the Zeta Sigma Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta at the University of South Carolina! I am so proud to represent an incredibly devoted and authentic group of women as their Chapter President.

I cherish having a place to call home and 300 women to call family. I have seen my sisters thrive because of the opportunities Gamma Phi Beta gave them and I am delighted beyond words to lead and serve, given my own opportunities. Gamma Phi encourages me to be a more kind and authentic version of myself, and I am dedicated to giving back to my chapter all it has given me. 

Gamma Phi Beta’s mission is to build confident women of character through exhibiting our four core values of Love, Labor, Learning, & Loyalty. Our vision is to inspire the highest type of womanhood. We all work hard to uphold what it means to be a Gamma Phi Beta both in the chapter and in the community.

Being a member of the sorority has enhanced my college experience and certainly helped me grow into the confident woman I am today! The Crescent Castle is truly a home away from home, and I am so thankful for the kind-hearted and beautiful women who have become my support system, mentors, and life-long friends. I am inspired by their true and constant love!

We are so excited to celebrate sixteen years on our campus this year. Throughout the years, we have raised thousands of dollars for Girls on the Run and contributed as volunteers to our local GOTR chapter. We have expanded our sisterhood not only in size but in love and accomplishments, and we wear our letters with great pride. 

On behalf of all my sisters, thank you for visiting our website! I hope it gives you a sense of what it’s like to be part of our incredible sisterhood.
